Please read these terms & conditions carefully before ordering any products from us. Please keep in mind that by ordering any of our products, you agree to be bound by these terms & conditions below:
- At Sunny Hair, if you are under 18 years old, you are required to inform a parent or guardian about Sunny Hair's Terms and Conditions as well as requiring their consent before placing an order.
- The personal information you provide will be used to ensure deliveries to you. The information you provide is only available to Sunny Hair and will not be shared with other third parties.
- The price applicable is set at the date on which you place order; Shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase;
- Please note that local taxes, custom and duties may occur, not included in hair price, and al the taxes must be paid by client's side.
- Sunny Hair do not include liability for any mistakes from you (wrong address, wrong payment, etc) or any damage caused due to improper installation.
- We reserve the right to refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion;
- 30-day return policy begins from the day client's order is successful delivered, and only applied for regular wholesale clients.
Return & Exchange
Per hygiene laws and for sanitary purposes, we cannot accept returns/exchanges on hair that has been used or washed because it is a real human hair product. No exceptions can be accepted.

- Before deliver, Sunny Hair provide you videos of your hair in advance to make sure you sastify the order, or want to make changes (Extra fee may be concluded)
- You are responsible for paying all return shipping costs, custom and duties;
Sunny Hair assumes no responsibility for merchandise damaged or loss by carrier handling the returned merchandise; - Please do not send unauthorized returns. We are not responsible for lost items, unauthorized returns, or items sent to the incorrect address. We recommend that you use a shipping provider with a signature confirmation service, and/or insurance to protect your package;
- Sunny Hair needs to receive the merchandise physically at our office before refund process happens;
- We will refund the purchase amount of the product only. The shipping cost and other fee (if any) will not be refunded.
