Return and Exchange
At Sunny Hair Vietnam, we are always confident about our quality products, customer service, and being your long-lasting relationship with our value customers is our first priority, our goal. However, we understand that there may be circumstances in which you need to exchange items purchased. We are willing to provide you returns and exchanges without shipping costs within 7 days on all sets that have not been opened, installed, worn, damaged or tampered in any situation. We highly recommend you double check your hair extensions before removing the bindings to make sure they are the correct colour, and the quality you expect. Once the bindings have been removed they cannot be returned for refund or exchange (no exceptions). Actually, not only our company but almost Vietnam hair companies have the same return and exchange policy.
All our hair products are must be returned to us in one piece (no damage). The exchange fee and shipping cost must be paid by the buyer. When sending the extensions back for exchange, please send in a fully insured trackable method and make a note of the tracking number, which is your responsibility to ensure they are back to us safely. We are not responsible for any lost of parcel on the way back to us and you need to contact your country post or your shipping provider for support and claim on their insurance. Once we have received the returned package, and have confirmed that the returned hair extensions were not opened and that the security seal is still in place, we will send you new product as soon as possible.
All our hair extensions are made of 100% natural human hair and we understand that it might difficult to select the correct color and hair texture when ordering online, however, we will try our best to show you in advance our quality hair extension by real images or video calls as well as find our best hair products to meet your requirements.
If any hair extension you received have problems related to manufacturing problems, you will be protected by this guarantee as below:
- Within 7 days of receiving your order, contact us with a photo or video showing the issue ask for solutions.
- Sunny Hair Vietnam do not offer the returns or the exchanges for the customized hair products. We also are not responsible for any loss or damage caused by late delivery or cancellation of an order or a product. Any claims or complaints must be made within 30 days of delivery date.
- We will review claims and give the solutions. Since most problems can be solved by maintenance method, we may give you recommended product(s) that will deal with those problems. If the problem cannot be solved, the hair must be sent back to us. Then, we will handle this issue.
- We reserve the right to replace faulty hair products and the returns must be authorized by Sunny Hair Vietnam only. In order for us to determine your products, your purchase can be replaced, your order must be sent back to our office.
- All costs for removing your items and shipping are on clients' side.
