Shipping & Delivery
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY AS IT CONTAINS THE SHIPPING POLICY & LEGAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS BELOW THAT YOU AGREE TO WHEN YOU PURCHASE FROM SUNNY HAIR VIETNAM. Kindly keep this paper as the confirmation of your order.
We reserve the right to change the Terms from time to time. These changes will become effective when we post them.
- Standard delivery time is 5 to 10 business days, depending on shipping couriers. We ship via UPS, Fedex, and DHL air shipping. Please note that orders are shipped and delivered on business days only (This excludes weekends and holidays).
- Delivery carriers (DHL, UPS, Fedex) are free-chosen by customers. Before shipping, sellers provide customers with videos of their orders. The seller becomes responsible for handling packages to shipping carriers in Vietnam, which provide International shipping deliveries with the documents, ensuring the parcels arrive right with tracking code. The tracking code will be forwarded to customers to track packages during delivery transit on the website. The delivery company become responsible for delivery processes (delivery time, delays, lost packages or damaged packages).
- Get online tracking: ups.com, dhl.com, fedex.com
- If any packages are lost or damaged, responsibility is shifted to the delivery company, and the seller will require customers to file a claim with the shipper. Both the seller and the buyer need to wait for a set period (to ensure that the package is truly lost). On behalf of the shipping company, we will transfer the refund for missing or damaged goods from the shipping company to the customer (Official document provided).
- Keep in mind that if the customer is not present to pick up the package, and the mail carrier leaves a notice, it is then essentially "successfully delivered" in front of your door or your mailbox. The seller is not in control of the customer not being home or providing an incorrect address. In these circumstances, the package would be the customer's responsibility.
- Signature required is suggested. The recipient has to be physically present to receive the package. Signature is secured, and it won't drop off the package.
- Refund value: Shipping company (UPS/DHL/Fedex) provides all packages automatically with a maximum $100 worth of liability for loss or damage.
- Shipping Insurance: For all carriers, the cost of shipping insurance depends on the value of the shipped items. Insurance costs 5% or 10% of the total value, if there is any lost packages, you get a refund of 50% or 100% of the total respectively.
Terms & Conditions
- At Sunny Hair, if you are under 18 years old, you are required to inform a parent or guardian about Sunny Hair's Terms and Conditions as well as require their consent before placing an order.
- The personal information you provide will be used to ensure delivery to you. The information you provide is only available to Sunny Hair and will not be shared with other third parties.
- The price applicable is set at the date on which you place order; Shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase;
- Please note that local taxes, customs, and duties may occur and are not included in the hair price, and all the taxes must be paid by the client.
- Sunny Hair does not include liability for any mistakes from you (wrong address, wrong payment, etc.) or any damage caused due to improper installation.
- We reserve the right to refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion;
Return & Exchange
Per hygiene laws and for sanitary purposes, we cannot accept returns/exchanges on hair that has been used or washed because it is a real human hair product. No exceptions can be accepted.
- NO RETURN from the day the client's order is successfully delivered, and Return is only applied to regular wholesale clients. As long as your product is unopened you can return your item within 60 days.
- Before delivery, Sunny Hair provides you videos of your hair in advance to make sure you satisfy the order, or want to make changes (Extra fee may be concluded). Once hair is shipped NO RETURN.
- We attempt to ensure that our hair description is complete, accurate, and current, and guarantee that we offer 100% HUMAN HAIR. No RETURN is accepted due to this reason.
- Sunny Hair assumes no responsibility for merchandise damaged or lost by the carrier handling the returned merchandise;
- Please do not send unauthorized returns. We are not responsible for lost items, unauthorized returns, or items sent to the incorrect address. We recommend that you use a shipping provider with a signature confirmation service, and/or insurance to protect your package;
- Sunny Hair needs to physically receive the merchandise at our office before the refund process happens;
- We will refund the purchase amount of the product only. The shipping cost and other fees (if any) will not be refunded.
- Sunny Hair Vietnam only accepts the returned product on unworn, unwashed and undamaged products within 14 days of purchase (if any). The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
